You can easily kill the enemies as they try to climb the hill towards you and like lemmings as you kill them the others will leave cover and head up the hill too.

As for the reinforcements on the hilltops as soon as you plant the bomb ready your gun and aim up to the ridge and slowly back away picking off the three guys above you. On the northern side kill the three hilltop guys and ready some dynamite. The reinforcements that come around the corner at ground level all stay bunched together. On the southern side do the same with the hilltop snipers and if your quick you have plenty of time to setup for killing the ground level enemies.
